The centers reflect this, with states of pressure, availability, or expression depending on triggers, often influenced by the gates. Rather than just seeing the centers functionally within the Rave Body Graph, this course takes a broader view, exploring how each center evolves and interacts with others, breaking down their connections through the six major circuits. Gate polarities act as bridges, linking opposing functions and circuits, highlighting the dynamic tension in human nature, similar to the contrast between day and night. This course, done once live in Alok’s 30-year career, is now presented as a video series.
